Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please send us an email and we might be able to assist you in your return anyways.

Products returned with 30 days from being received are always eligible for a full return, no matter the condition or how much they have been worm. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a  confirmation for the new shipment or the refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to be visible on your account, depending on your payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To get free returns of your product, you should follow the instructions at our return page.

We do not refund your shipping costs of you paid for the shipment.

It may take up to 7 days before we get back to you after your return shipment have been received at our office.
