Put down your own name, email and phone number on the form.

Tell us that you want to exchange a Christmas gift along with the name, email and/or phone number of the person you received the gift from.

If you wish to exchange a product, please also note the address that you want your new product sent to.

We will get back to you via email as soon as possible and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

It is important that you write the name, email and/or phone number of the person who purchased the gift on the return form.

At the same time note your own name, phone number and e-mail as well as the address you want the new product to be sent to.

If you wish to receive a refund for a Christmas gift, please note the Mobilepay number we can use to send the money back.

4. PACK THE PRODUCTS AND THE RETURN SHEET SECURELY

Pack the products and the return slip securely in a suitable bag or plastic bag.

5. SEND THE PACKAGE AND KEEP THE RECEIPT

The receipt is your proof that you have sent the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, even if we pay the freight. If your return package does not reach us, GLS will cover the loss.

It can take up to 5 working days from us receiving your package until we process your return and get back to you.
