1. CREATE YOUR RETURN

Follow the link and fill in the order number and buyer's e-mail.

2. SELECT WHICH ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN

Select the reason and your preferred refund method. A refund to the original payment method has no bonus. If you choose store credit, it is issued for the approved refund amount plus 5%.

3. SELECT HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Returns and exchanges are free from Denmark and EU countries. For other countries, the current return option and price are shown in the return portal. If customs documents are required, you will receive them by email.

Press "Get label".

4. PRINT RETURN LABEL AND RETURN SLIP

Download and print the return slip (page 1) and return label (page 2) from the returns portal or your email.

5. PACK THE GOODS SECURELY

Pack the products and return slip securely in a suitable bag or box. If you include your gift box, we will reuse it.

Remove or cross out any other barcodes on the packaging.

Place the shipping label in a plastic pocket or tape it directly onto the packaging. Make sure the barcode is visible and legible.

6. SEND THE PACKAGE AND SAVE THE RECEIPT

The receipt is your proof that you sent the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us, even when we pay for the shipping.

It can take up to 5 business days from when we receive your package until we process your return.
