Orders placed before 15:00 CET are normally shipped the same weekday.

Denmark (GLS)	1–2 weekdays	Orders over 750 DKK: parcel shop and business delivery are free. Orders under 750 DKK: parcel shop and business delivery are 49 DKK. Home delivery: +20 DKK.
EU – Standard (UPS Access Point)	3–4 weekdays	Free standard shipping to a UPS Access Point is available from the local equivalent of 1,000 DKK. Below the threshold, and for home delivery and Express, the current price in your selected currency is shown at checkout.
EU – Express	1–2 weekdays	Express costs extra. The current surcharge is shown at checkout.
USA (FedEx Express)	2–4 weekdays	29 USD. No additional fees on delivery; taxes and duties are settled at checkout.
United Kingdom (UPS)	2–4 weekdays	19 GBP. Import duties apply above 135 GBP excluding shipping, and UK VAT is paid with the import fees.
Norway (UPS)	2–4 weekdays	19 EUR. Home delivery: +3 EUR. VAT and import fees are included in website prices.
Rest of the world (UPS/FedEx Express)	2–4 weekdays	39 USD.

Good to know

We do not ship to PO box addresses. All shipments must be signed for in person. Alternative delivery options may be available through the carrier after you receive your tracking link.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are free from Denmark and EU countries throughout the applicable return period. Download a return label through our return page.

Return shipping outside the EU: 19 EUR. USA: 29 USD. Alternatively, arrange and pay for a trackable return yourself. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
