At LOOW, "Impact" is about taking responsibility for the entire product lifecycle.

Instead of your old LOOW clothing collecting dust in the back of your closet, we want it back. We ensure that it is repaired and reused, or upcycled, by Fleur, our partner in circularity.

As a thank you, we will give you a gift card for your next conscious purchase.

NB! Unfortunately we are only able to offer this to our danish customers so far. And we don't take underwear and socks back!

Here is how:

The process is simple and shipping is free.

1. Assess your clothing
Find your used LOOW clothing We have two categories for returns:

• Category 1: 100 DKK gift card
  The item is in good condition but might have a few flaws.
  Requirement: Fewer than 5 holes, and no holes larger than 1 cm in diameter.
• Category 2: 50 DKK gift card
  The item is "well-loved" and has seen better days.
  Requirement: All other items (larger holes, stains, etc.) fall into this category.

2. Fill out the return form
Fill out our online return form below. Here, you will state your name, address, and how many items you are returning in each category.

3. Get your free shipping label
When you have filled out the form, you can easily create a free shipping label and receive a QR code right here.

4. Send the package
Pack your clothing, apply the label, and drop off the package.

5. Receive your gift card
When we receive your package, we will review the clothing and send your total gift card via email within 14 days.

We don't believe in a "throw-away" culture. That's why Fleur repairs products that break – and gives them new life. Some of them are sold at a cheaper price to sports students at Paul Petersen Sports Institute, who get to enjoy the quality for many years to come. Even the smallest items find a new purpose: unpaired socks are donated to Jan, a Copenhagen-based prothetist: who gives them to people with limb loss.

The most responsible clothes is the ones you use for the longest time. To extend the life of your clothing, we recommend you washing your clothing in our laundry bag. It protects the fine merino fibers in the washing machine and significantly reduces wear.
