Let's connect

What drives you? Tell us about your journey and what ignited your passion. I grew up with the jazz atmosphere from the Disney movie The Aristocats; it has stuck with me ever since and is reflected in my band, Flying Jazzman. My other passion, aviation, started when I was 5 or 6 years old. I threw a paper plane that caught an updraft and flew all the way up to the 4th floor. Later, I was inspired by the movie Top Gun, so I applied to become a fighter pilot in the military. I ended up as a helicopter pilot in the Army Air Service, which primarily involved low-level tactical formation flying between trees—this experience forms the foundation for my current work on the Emergency Medical Helicopter.

Your most unforgettable moment so far? Being present for the birth of my daughter (long before LOOW was even invented ;-).

What is the next big adventure? More paragliding experiences abroad.

Which dream are you chasing? Owning my own Piper Cub (a classic fabric-covered aircraft from the 1940s).

Why are you and LOOW the perfect match? Because the clothing can be worn in all conditions, is easy to keep clean, and feels great. It keeps the body dry regardless of the circumstances and is perfect for an active life that takes place year-round, both indoors and out.

Your indispensable piece of LOOW gear—and why? The long-sleeved T-135. It keeps me warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s warm. You can sleep in it, be active in it, and it feels like you’re hardly wearing anything at all.

A personal mantra or philosophy you live by? I see opportunities!

Anything else we should know? I am working on transferring knowledge regarding a "healthy error culture" (psychological safety) from the world of aviation to other industries and organizations (www.sundfejlkultur.nu).
