Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 are shipped the same day. In Denmark, delivery to a GLS parcel shop or your home usually takes 1 to 2 weekdays. In the EU, standard delivery to a UPS Access Point takes 3 to 4 weekdays and express 1 to 2 weekdays. Other destinations usually take 2 to 4 weekdays. See the shipping page for your country.

What does shipping cost?

In Denmark, shipping to a parcel shop is free from 750 DKK and otherwise 49 DKK; home delivery costs 20 DKK extra. In the EU, standard shipping to a UPS Access Point is free from the local equivalent of 1,000 DKK. To the USA we ship with FedEx for 29 USD with duties and taxes settled at checkout, so nothing is charged on delivery. The exact price for your address is shown at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

Denmark, all EU countries, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA and most other countries. Choose your country at the top of the page to see prices in your currency.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to wool@loow.com as soon as possible with your order number. We pack quickly, so once the order has been shipped it cannot be changed, but you can return or exchange it free of charge from Denmark and the EU.

Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address. The order confirmation and receipt are sent to you, not to the recipient.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus local methods depending on your country, such as MobilePay in Denmark, Bancontact, BLIK and iDEAL. The full list for your country is shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is shipped.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unused, unwashed items can be returned within 365 days in their original condition. Returns and exchanges are free from Denmark and the EU; outside the EU return shipping costs 19 EUR, from the USA 29 USD. As a WOOL Club member you can also wear and wash the clothes for 30 days and still return them.

How do I return an order?

Start the return at loow.com/return. You download a return label as a PDF and choose between a refund and store credit. Store credit is the approved refund amount plus 5% and is added to your LOOW account.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Exchanges are free from Denmark and the EU, and we ship the replacement item. Start the exchange at loow.com/return or write to us if you are unsure about the size.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Join The WOOL Club before checkout, then wear and wash the clothes for up to 30 days after delivery. If they are not for you, return them; return shipping is free from Denmark and the EU. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item has been damaged deliberately or through negligent handling. Read more on the trial page.

There is a fault in my garment. What do I do?

Write to wool@loow.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. If it is a defect in the garment, we exchange it for a new one. Small holes from wear can usually be repaired; see the care guide.

Sizes and fit

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements and a weight chart to start from. Measure a T-shirt that fits you well and compare. If you are between sizes, choose based on the fit you prefer. All guides are on the size guides page.

Do the fabrics fit differently?

Yes. 135 is slim, 220 slightly wider, and Airknit looser. Use the guide for the fabric you choose. See the T-shirt guide for the differences.

Does merino shrink in the wash?

Not when washed as described in the care guide: wool programme at 30 to 40°C with wool detergent, and dried flat or on a rack. Avoid the tumble dryer and hot washes.

Products and merino wool

Why merino wool?

Merino insulates against the cold and absorbs moisture from the skin, so it feels comfortable in changing temperatures. It does not develop odour as quickly as many other fabrics, so it needs less washing. And the fine fibres are soft enough to wear directly on the skin. Read more on why we choose merino.

What is the difference between 135, 160, 170 and 220?

The number is the fabric weight in grams per square metre. 135 is light and our bestseller, 160U Ultrafine is the finest fibre, 170P Airknit is an airy pique knit with stretch, and 220 is two-ply and warm. Compare them in the T-shirt guide.

Does merino wool itch?

Merino wool has finer fibres than coarse wool. They bend easily against your skin, so the fabric feels soft and supple. We select fine merino wool for our clothes so you can wear them directly on the skin.

Where are LOOW clothes made?

The merino wool comes from New Zealand and is spun into yarn in Germany and Italy. The fabrics are knitted at Sontex, a GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified knitting facility in Ikast, Denmark, and every garment is sewn at Wijmar Sport, a family-owned sewing studio in Poland that has worked with LOOW since 2015. The wool is mulesing-free. Read more about our production.

A size or colour is sold out. When is it back?

We restock our core styles regularly. Write to wool@loow.com with the product and size, and we will tell you when it is expected. Limited editions are not restocked.

Where can I buy LOOW?

Only here on loow.com. We sell directly to you, without shops or wholesale. Customers in Denmark can have orders delivered to a GLS parcel shop.

Washing and care

How do I wash my LOOW clothes?

Wool programme at 30 to 40°C with a wool detergent, ideally in a laundry net, or by hand in lukewarm water. Dry flat on a towel or on a drying rack, never in the tumble dryer. Socks and underwear can go in your normal wash at up to 60°C with regular detergent. The full instructions and stain guide are in the care guide.

How often do I need to wash it?

Merino wool does not develop odour as quickly as many other fabrics. Often, airing a T-shirt overnight is enough between wears. When it needs a wash, follow our care guide.

There is a small hole in my T-shirt. What now?

Repair it as soon as you notice it; holes grow with washing and use. This video shows how. If the hole is a defect in the garment, we exchange it. Read why small holes appear and how to prevent them.
