Good to know

Do my previous purchases count?
Yes. When you join, your orders from the past four years count towards your points. Use the same email address you used for those purchases. Depending on your points, you can start straight away as Loyal or Royal. Royal members get 20% off all tops.
How do I use my discount?
Log in with your membership email address. Your member discount is applied automatically when your order meets its terms. You can also find the code in your account. The 10% welcome discount can be used once on full-price items in your first order as a member. It excludes sale items and bundles. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, or applied to orders already placed.
What does early access mean?
As a Loyal or Royal member, you can get access to order new products and Limited Editions before their wider launch. We share them in the newsletter.
Do I need to subscribe to the newsletter?
Yes. An active newsletter subscription is part of membership and gives access to member products and discounts. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your membership and member benefits end.
