Return/Exchange

We offer a 365-day return right on unused items purchased on loow.com. If the 30-day “Try it in real life” option was selected at checkout, the terms for that option also apply.

Returns and exchanges are free from Denmark and EU countries throughout the applicable return period. We provide the return label, and an exchange includes shipment of the replacement item.

If you choose a refund as store credit in the return portal, the store credit is issued for the approved refund amount plus 5%. A refund to the original payment method does not include the 5% bonus.
