Do I need to be a member of The WOOL Club?
Yes. The 30-day trial, including wearing and washing, requires membership of The WOOL Club. Membership is free and includes signing up for our newsletter. Join before checkout, either on the club page or in your cart.
Does the trial apply to all products?
Yes. Members can try all LOOW products for 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged deliberately or through negligent handling.
Can I wash the clothing during the trial?
Yes. You can both wear and wash it. Follow the care label and our care guide.
What if the size does not fit?
Exchanges are free in Denmark and the EU. Contact us and we will help you find the right size.
How do I return and what does it cost?
Return shipping is free from Denmark and the EU. Outside the EU, the prices on our return page apply. Download a return label as a PDF. See our return page for a step-by-step guide.
Can I receive my refund as store credit?
Yes. Choose store credit in the return portal to receive the approved refund amount plus 5%. The credit is added to your LOOW account and can be used at checkout when logged in. Refunds to the original payment method do not include the bonus.
How does the trial differ from the return policy?
The 30-day trial is a member benefit that lets you wear and wash your clothing. Our standard 365-day return policy applies to unused items. Read more on the return page.
