Guide
Minimise your wardrobe
Merino wool needs less frequent washing than many other fabrics, so you can own fewer clothes and wear them more. The same T-shirt works on the bike to work, under a blazer at the office and on the weekend. Here is how a small merino wardrobe covers most weeks.
- If you want to own less, but better
- If you cycle to work and want to arrive fresh
- If you go straight from the office to training or dinner
Why merino every day
- A carefree everyday lifeThe natural properties of wool keep it fresh for longer, so you can wear it several times between washes and spend less time on laundry.
- No problem taking the bike to workMerino keeps you warm on cold mornings and cool on warm afternoons, and it wicks sweat away from the body so you stay dry, also in a headwind.
- Straight from the office to the gymMerino does not develop odour as quickly as many other fabrics, and it is light and breathable with full freedom of movement.
- Elegant under a blazerThe fine fibres give a beautiful drape and a clean finish for the office and formal events.

How often do I need to wash it?
Merino wool does not develop odour as quickly as many other fabrics. Often, airing a T-shirt overnight is enough between wears. When it needs a wash, follow our care guide.
What do 135, 160 and 220 mean?
The numbers are the fabric weight in grams per square metre. 135 is thin and light, 160 Ultrafine is a finer, slightly heavier quality, and 220 is heavier and warmer. All are merino wool. Compare them in the T-shirt guide.
Can I wear it under a shirt or a blazer?
Yes. The 135 and 160 Ultrafine T-shirts are thin enough to wear under a shirt, and the fine fibres give a clean finish under a blazer.
Which size should I choose?
Use the size guide on the product page. Some models use unisex sizes 1-10. Where garment measurements are provided, compare with clothing that fits you well. All guides are collected on the size guides page.
Can I try the clothes and return them?
WOOL Club members can try clothing for 30 days, including wearing and washing. Unused items have a 365-day return policy. Returns and exchanges are free from Denmark and the EU. See our return terms.
