Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Denmark. Orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays are normally shipped the same day and typically arrive the next weekday. Saturday delivery is available to parcel shops that are open.

USA (FedEx Express) 2–4 weekdays 29 USD. No additional fees on delivery — all taxes and duties are settled at checkout.
United Kingdom (UPS) 2–4 weekdays 19 GBP. Import duties apply to purchases above 135 GBP (excl. shipping); UK VAT is paid together with the import fees.
Norway (UPS) 2–4 weekdays 19 EUR. Home delivery: +3 EUR. VAT and import fees are included in the website prices.
Rest of the world (UPS/FedEx Express) 2–4 weekdays 39 USD

Good to know

  • We do not ship to PO box addresses.
  • All shipments must be signed for in person. You can ask the carrier (UPS/DHL/FedEx) for alternative delivery methods via your tracking link.
  • If your country is missing at checkout, write to us at wool@loow.com and we can usually add your destination.

Payment

We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay, with no fee on private credit cards. Prices are shown in Danish kroner and shipping is added at checkout, where you choose your shipping method. If you pay with an international card, the amount is reserved immediately and charged when the item is shipped (for back-ordered items, each item is charged when it ships).

Customs, VAT & duties

For US orders there are no additional fees on delivery — all taxes and duties are settled at checkout. For the United Kingdom, import duties apply to purchases above 135 GBP and UK VAT is paid together with the import fees. For Norway, VAT and import fees are included in the website prices. Any other customs or import charges paid at checkout or on import are non-refundable, as they are collected directly by the authorities; on a return, only the value of the goods is refunded.

Returns

We offer a 365-day return right on unused items, and the option to try the clothing in use for 30 days if selected at checkout. Returns and exchanges are free in Denmark throughout the return period — download your return label as a PDF at loow.com/retur.

Return shipping costs outside Denmark: EU 9 EUR · outside EU 19 EUR · US 29 USD. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange and pay for a trackable return yourself. Full conditions are described in our Refund policy and Terms of Service.
