YKK zipper

We use high quality zippers from YKK, made in Europe. The zipper automatically locks when it is pulled down to secure the neck brace from opening inconveniently. The pull-tab unlocks when raised again. 

THE NECK BRACE

The top of the neck brace features a “zipper garage” - a great little detail that spares you from the irritation and coldness of the zipper directly against your skin. The inside of the zipper features an extra layer of textile that protects the skin from the wind and keeps you warm and comfortable. If you get hot it can be opened all the way down to the chest letting fresh air in.

THE RIB

The firmness of the rib prevents the fabric from losing form, so the sleeves won’t be loose after a few hours of wear. The thumb hole keeps the sleeve in place when putting on a jacket or doing physical activities.It further helps to keep you warm, as it protects the heat that radiates from your wrists from slipping out.

How should it fit?

How should I wash and care for merino to make it last?

Merino lasts longer with gentle care:

  • Use laundry net when machine washing - available here.
  • Air it out between wears and wash only when needed

Tip: Merino often benefits from airing out between wears, meaning fewer washes and longer life.
