NEED TO EXCHANGE A CHRISTMAS GIFT?

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

1. CREATE YOUR RETURN

Follow the link and fill in the order number and buyer's e-mail.

2. SELECT WHICH ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN

When exchanging Christmas gifts: If you wish to exchange your Christmas gift for another product, select the reason for the return and "exchange" Then specify which product, color and size you want (e.g. T-OSS 135, Ocean, Medium). Please note that the new product will be shipped to the same address.

For Christmas gift refunds: If you want a refund for a Christmas gift, select the reason and "Money back". The payment will then be made to the credit card used to make the purchase. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a gift card.

3. SELECT HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

This depends on whether the package is shipping from Denmark, the EU/UK or the rest of the world. If the package is shipped from outside the EU or UK you will receive custom documents by e-mails.

Press "Get label".

4. PRINT RETURN LABEL AND RETURN SLIP

Download and print the return slip (page 1) and return label (page 2) from the returns portal or your e-mail. 

5. PACK THE GOODS SECURELY

Pack the products and return label securely in a suitable bag or plastic bag. If you include your gift box, we will reuse it.

Remove or cross out any other barcodes on the packaging.

Place the shipping label in a plastic pocket or tape it directly onto the packaging. Make sure the barcode is visible and legible.

6. SEND THE PACKAGE AND SAVE THE RECEIPT

The receipt is your proof that you have sent the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, even if we pay for the shipping. If your return package does not reach us, GLS will cover the loss.

It can take up to 5 business days from when we receive your package until we process your return and get back to you.
