Before you send
What can you return?
We accept used LOOW clothing, except underwear and socks. The condition determines the gift card amount. We assess the clothing when it arrives.
Category 1: 100 DKK
Per item in good condition with minor flaws: fewer than 5 holes, none larger than 1 cm in diameter.
Category 2: 50 DKK
Per item that does not meet category 1, for example clothing with larger holes or stains.
Your gift card
We review your return and email you one gift card for the total amount within 5-7 working days of receiving your package.
Step by step
How to send it back
- Assess your clothing.
Sort it into the two categories above and count the items in each. - Register your return.
Enter your name, address and the number of items in each category in the return form. - Get your free shipping label.
After completing the form, create your label and receive a QR code. - Send the package.
Pack your clothing, attach the label and drop off the package. - Receive your gift card.
We assess your clothing and email the gift card within 5-7 working days of receiving it.

What happens to your clothing?
Fleur repairs minor faults and upcycles returned LOOW clothing so it can be used again. Some repaired items are sold at a lower price to students at a sports academy in Copenhagen.
Take-back is for used clothing you want to pass on. For a regular return or a complaint, please contact our customer service.
